Staffing Shortage? Blame HR

Blame the way they are. Point the finger at the HR shooting star going roundabout the hiring process from afar. Except, we must accept that we aren’t pointing at a human resource, but algorithms utilized as a human resource. Record job openings, but when candidates look for a clear shot, they struggle to find any openings. Artificial Intelligence screening for keywords and a particular skill set, but how come the humans on the other end have not used any skills yet? Try applying for ten jobs, and see how many rejection notices come from a person. None — I will bet. Candidates swept under the rug, so even though no one could hear them, their tears were watermarks because they still wept.

The action of a resume parse should be categorized as a farce, but its occurrence is not sparse. After the contents of one’s experience appear dismembered, the applicant wonders why they even bother to apply. Then suddenly, they remembered. Looking to fulfill their familial obligation, how can they expect to be hired without a simple conversation? People say truth is stranger than fiction, so don’t be surprised when you see ghosting is within their diction.

This staffing shortage is primarily due to a lack of accountability. We should screen every HR department as we cannot account for their ability, so it makes sense that they work without sensibility. I checked all of my senses but still couldn’t sense ability. They move with the opposite of agility, so please lend them no credibility. Reality demonstrates this is a candidate job market, but HR continues to blow smoke without the intention to spark it.

How come the salary is always missing in descriptions, but their end goal consists of perfect candidate depictions?
